Meet Our Host - Art Robbins
Art has built a successful career in management consulting, assisting clients from Fortune 100 companies to entrepreneurial ventures in developing and implementing impactful growth strategies focused on innovation. His mission is to empower businesses and their leaders to create unique value and realize their full potential.
Art's experience spans various industries, including high tech, financial services, energy, consumer, healthcare, and manufacturing. Recently, he has concentrated on strategies and innovative business models driven by artificial intelligence, fintech, customer and employee experience, and sustainability.
Throughout his career, Art has been associated with multiple consulting firms, including American Management Systems, Ernst & Young, where he served as Partner and Vice President, and Frost & Sullivan, where he was President of Consulting. He led a global practice aimed at assisting clients in developing and implementing innovative growth strategies across all markets. Additionally, Art served as Executive Vice President for Energy Maintenance Services (EMS) Group, where he was a founding executive of this entrepreneurial energy services firm, which was recognized as an Inc. 500 fastest growing company.
Currently, Art runs EMCEE, LLC, ( www.emcee.ai ) where he continues to provide consulting advisory services to support leaders in developing and implementing innovative growth strategies. His motivation to launch the Leadership Art podcast stems from a desire to share impactful leadership stories that inspire individuals to become the best leaders they can be.
Art holds a BS in Computer Science and Accounting from Brooklyn College of CUNY, as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is also dedicated to volunteer work, serving as a mentor to entrepreneurial programs at UC Irvine and Chapman University.
